The cored masticator blades ensure high-efficiency mixing, with the front blade operating at 27 RPM and the rear blade at 23 RPM, both geared at one end. It is equipped with a top air-operated pressure cap and an air-operated dust hood, allowing for sealed and controlled processing.
The mixer includes a motorized bowl screw tilt mechanism powered by a 2.2 kW motor, making it easy to discharge processed materials.
