Description:
This used Aaron Process 1-gallon sigma blade mixer, model LNG-1, is a lab-scale kneader/mixer designed for heavy-duty mixing and blending of viscous materials such as doughs, polymers, adhesives, or pastes. The 304 stainless steel bowl measures 7" W x 9-3/8" L x 8-3/4" D, with a vacuum-rated chamber and jacketed body for precise thermal control up to 14.7 psig at 400°F.
Equipped with a manual tilt handle, this unit allows for easy product discharge, and includes a top cover with two 2" sight glasses for viewing and sampling during mixing. Driven by a 2 HP DC motor, this machine delivers controlled mixing power through a 25:1 gearbox, providing high torque at low RPMs. A control panel with digital speed control, start/stop, and emergency stop (E-Stop) is included for safe, user-friendly operation.
