The Used Doyle & Roth Vertical Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger is a high-performance heat transfer unit, designed for industrial cooling, heating, and condensation applications. Constructed with a carbon steel shell and Hastelloy C-276 tubes, this unit provides superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, and high-temperature processing industries.
With a heat transfer surface area of approximately 20.2 square feet, this single-pass heat exchanger features (27) ¾" diameter, 48" long Hastelloy C-276 tubes, rated for 15 PSI/full vacuum at -20 to 300°F. The carbon steel shell is rated for 150 PSI/full vacuum at -20 to 200°F. It has baffle spacing of 4.125" for efficient thermal transfer and is side lug-mounted for secure installation.
