The Used Anhydro Vertical Falling Film Reboiler / Heat Exchanger is a high-efficiency thermal transfer unit, designed for industrial heating and evaporation applications. With Hastelloy C-276 tubes, this unit provides exceptional corrosion resistance, making it ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical processing.
This vertical, side lug-mounted reboiler has a heat transfer surface area of approximately 19.5 square feet. It features (19) 1" diameter, 47" long Hastelloy C-276 tubes, rated for 15 PSI internal / 200 PSI external at -20 to 400°F. The carbon steel shell is rated for 200 PSI/full vacuum at -20 to 400°F.
The system is designed for 40,000 BTU/h heat transfer capacity and includes multiple openings: (2) 2" and (2) 1". Note: This unit does not include a bottom head.
