Description
The APV Model 3PSBD 58 Spray Dryer is a high-performance industrial spray dryer built from 316 stainless steel, designed for a wide range of powder production applications. The unit has a 21.73 m³ drying chamber and can achieve a powder production rate of 35 to 120 kg/h, depending on the nozzles and operating conditions.
The system supports inlet air temperatures up to 600°C (commonly operated at 420°C) and a maximum outlet temperature of 140°C, allowing for flexibility in processing heat-sensitive and complex materials. Included with the dryer are heating elements, a Herding dust collector, cyclone separator, and blower, along with full controls.
