This stainless steel spray drying plant includes a centrifugal atomizer, drying tower, fluid bed dryer, and multiple air handling components, ensuring efficient moisture removal and powder formation.
With an output powder capacity of 1-1.2 tonnes per hour, this system is optimized for continuous, high-volume production. The fluid bed dryer further processes up to 2 tonnes per hour, enhancing drying efficiency and product consistency.
The plant is fully equipped with controls, sensors, valves, pumps, I-beam structure, stairways, and additional infrastructure, making it a complete turnkey drying solution.
