Description:
This Used & Rebuilt ANHYDRO Falling Film Vacuum Evaporator is a fully operational, mechanical vapour recompression (MVR) evaporator system originally built for milk concentration in a Norwegian dairy. It was later relocated and redesigned by BONTECH A/S for processing fish industry stick water, with a water evaporation capacity of 6,500 kg/hour.
Now equipped with two MVR units connected in series, the system is optimized for energy-efficient evaporation. The plant consists of five calendria, housing a total of 310 pipes (Ø51 mm, each 7 meters long). It also includes a Clean-In-Place (CIP) system and is currently still installed at its operating location.
While the Westfalia separator is not included, this plant is ready for reinstallation and requires only minor pump reconditioning before full operation.
