Description:
This unused Flottweg AC 2000-430 Desludger Disc Centrifuge is a high-performance, three-phase separation system, designed for liquid-liquid-solids separation. With a maximum bowl speed of 5,700 RPM, this unit ensures precise separation of light and heavy liquid phases along with solids removal. The light and heavy phase liquid discharge is managed via a centripetal pump, and it is engineered to handle maximum sediment densities of up to 1.2 kg/dm³.
The system includes a Flottweg Degumming Skid, complete with a flow meter, valves, pump, piping, and its own control panel for seamless process integration. Additionally, the centrifuge is powered by a 40 HP (3/60/460V) motor operating at 3,530 RPM, and comes with a fully integrated control panel with a touchscreen interface for automated monitoring and operation.
