This used Flottweg Z5L Solid Bowl Horizontal Decanter Centrifuge is designed for high-efficiency solid-liquid separation in industrial wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, food processing, and chemical applications. With a maximum bowl speed of 2,650 RPM, this unit provides reliable and effective separation performance.
Built with 316/329 stainless steel product contact surfaces, this centrifuge offers high corrosion resistance. The single lead conveyor features welded hardfacing, ensuring extended durability and minimal wear. Additional features include a cyclo gearbox, stainless steel discharge chutes, standard feed pipe, grease lubrication system, adjustable liquid plate dams, and a fiberglass bowl cover. The system is powered by a 55 kW, 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz main drive motor.
