π Description
This Sharples P-3000 Decanter Centrifuge is a reconditioned, high-performance separation system designed for continuous solid-liquid separation in demanding industrial environments. Featuring a 14" x 30" conical bowl, the unit generates up to 3,180 G-force, ideal for efficient sludge, slurry, or solids recovery.
The unit includes a custom scroll conveyor, floaters, and custom vapor seals, making it suitable for applications involving vapor-sensitive or sticky materials. Itβs mounted on a steel platform with a painted steel casing and frame, ensuring stability and corrosion resistance.
Equipped with a 25 HP main drive motor, 10 HP back-drive motor, and a ratio gearbox, it provides precise torque control and efficient solids conveyance. A Metrix 5500 vibration switch monitors machine health, while a Beijer Electronics Control Panel ensures operator control and safety.
