Used Guoxin Model GX2-12-4 Hemp Drying Line designed for industrial-scale hemp and biomass drying applications. With a 775 sq. ft. (72 sq. meters) drying area, this system can process 400–1000 lbs (180–450 kg) of wet biomass and produce 90–220 lbs (40–100 kg) of dried output per cycle. The system supports adjustable working temperatures between 0–120°C (32–248°F) and drying times between 0.1–5 hours, depending on material and spread thickness. The line includes all critical components: feeding conveyor, drying room, burner, heat exchanger, blower, exhaust fan, and discharge conveyor.
