DAITO’s innovative engineering has developed a new series of high-speed drilling machines capable of utilizing carbide drill bits - the CSD series.
The new DAITO CSD series machines boast powerful 20.1HP spindle motors and exceptionally rigid construction that combine to produce drilling that is 4.6 times faster than conventional.
Drilling costs are dramatically reduced by the amazing productivity and overall tooling costs.
The machines feature DAITO’s unique"X-Y positioning 3 drills" method and are fully covered to provide a safe and clean working environment.

Equipped With
PINCH ROLLER SYSTEM - The workpiece is fed by powerful pinch rollers located on the infeed / outfeed sides of the machine. Even the heaviest workpiece is fed efficiently.
TWIN MEASURING DISKS - For precise measure ments , twin disks work together. If the measurements of each disk vary, an alarm will be issued to stop the machine.
POWER CLEANING BRUSH - To assure measurement accuracy, a cleaning brush located before the infeed measuring disk removes rust and scale from the workpiece.
FLANGE SUPPORT - The flange height gauges not only support flanges, but also measure flange distortion which still remains after being pressed by vertical clamps
WEB SUPPORT - Web support prevent thinner webs from bending under the pressure of drilling. This feature reduces drill bit failure and improves hole quality.
FOUR VERTICAL CLAMPS - Four hydraulic vertical clamps securely hold down the workpiece to straighten slightly bowed beams and avoid upward deviation of the workpiece.
AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER - The web drill head is equipped with an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) which can store as many as four different drill bit
