This used Vendome 42" copper distillation column system, built in 2008, is a robust, high-capacity setup featuring multiple sections for comprehensive ethanol distillation. The system includes:

18-tray stripper section with 24" tray spacing

40-tray rectifying section

20-tray side stripper section

All trays are bubble cap trays, offering excellent vapor-liquid contact and a high turndown ratio for operational flexibility.
