This used Vector Hi Coater Model HCF-130 is a high-performance tablet coating system, ideal for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical batch coating operations. The system features a 52" diameter stainless steel drum with 4 rows of perforations and 4 baffle plates for effective tumbling and uniform coating distribution.
The unit includes a manifold spray bar, an automatic trap door for efficient unloading and pan cleaning, and an included coating pan. With a batch input capacity of 120–140 kg and a batch output of 140–160 kg, this coater is suitable for medium to large production runs.
The drum rotates at 4–16 RPM and is driven by a 3 HP, 3-phase, 460V motor. The system is equipped with Allen Bradley digital controls (Computab HCD) for precise, programmable operation. Power to the control unit: 110V, 1 phase, 60 Hz.
