Description:
This is a used Komarek Greaves (BEPEX) MS 150 Briquetter Compactor, featuring 11.25” wide x 20” diameter briquetting rolls with two rows of pockets measuring approximately 5 1/8" long x 5/8" wide. The system includes a 125 HP hydraulic drive with variable roll speed and a 25 HP hydraulic auger feeder on a vertical shaft for consistent material flow.
A large KG Gear Reducer is included with 1188 RPM input and 33:1 reduction ratio. The feed hopper is 48" in diameter with a 34" straight wall and 34" conical section. The entrance chute is lined for wear resistance.
Previously used for carbon, coke, coal, and graphite, this robust unit is ideal for producing high-density briquettes from fine particulate feedstocks.
