Description
This Used Anderson Duo Expeller Press is a heavy-duty mechanical oil press designed for efficient oil extraction from oilseeds and other materials. The system features a 9" x 5" variable speed screw feeder powered by a 2 HP motor and drive, providing consistent feed rates to optimize pressing efficiency. The main press drive is powered by a 50 HP direct connected motor running at 1200 RPM, with a 15 HP vertical gear head motor delivering reliable torque transmission through a roller chain drive with safety guard.
Key features include a segmented worm shaft with breaker bolts, manually operated choke adjustment, and a water-cooled main worm shaft. The extra heavy-duty thrust bearing (T-53) and new herringbone precision gear within the horizontal main gear case ensure durability and long-lasting performance. The system has been thoroughly refurbished, including new bearings and seals, and comes complete with stainless steel splash guards with inspection doors for easy maintenance.
Also included is a 33" long drainage cage with diamond bars, keeper knife bars, pressure bars, spacers, and shims, along with a 3" special oil conveyor, driven by a 3/4 HP motor, for efficient oil transport post-extraction.
