Description
The Mixaco CM 1000D High-Intensity Container Mixer is a robust and efficient mixing system designed for high-performance blending of powders, granules, and other bulk materials. Constructed with stainless steel product contact parts, this machine ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with sanitary processing standards.
With a total capacity of 28.25 cubic feet (1000 liters) and a working capacity of 21.18 cubic feet (800 liters), this mixer is ideal for high-volume production. It features a rotating mixing chamber with side scrapers, ensuring uniform mixing and minimizing material buildup.
The system is powered by a 52.5 HP (35 kW) motor, driven via a Flender gearbox, providing reliable performance for demanding industrial applications. It operates on 3-phase, 50Hz, 400V power supply.
This unit includes one mixing canister and a stainless steel control panel for precise operation. Previously used in a powder coating application, this mixer is also well-suited for chemical, plastics, and other high-intensity mixing applications.
