This used Mixaco M 400-CD high-intensity mixer is a stainless steel industrial mixing system designed for high-efficiency compounding applications. With a maximum working capacity of 165-240 liters (5.83-8.48 cubic feet) and a total capacity of 400 liters (14.13 cubic feet), this mixer is ideal for high-shear blending of powders, granules, and other materials.
The system operates at a maximum mixing speed of 15 RPM, powered by a 64.5 HP (43 kW) motor (400V, 50Hz, 3-Phase). It includes a side chopper to break down agglomerates and ensure homogenous blending. The hydraulic-operated product outlet (11.7” / 300mm) allows for efficient material discharge.
