Description
The Rotex 242A ALSS Screener is a high-efficiency industrial screening system designed for particle separation and material classification. This single-deck screener offers 2 separations and is ideal for use in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.
The unit features 304 stainless steel decks with screen sections measuring approximately 24" wide x 48" long. The bottom screen has 3/8" diameter holes for precise material separation. It comes with an aluminum cover equipped with a 10" opening and a 3-1/2" opening for material input and dust control.
Powered by a 1 HP motor (3/60/208-230/460V, 1730 RPM), the screener includes (2) 3-1/2" end bottom discharges at a 50" discharge height. The entire system is mounted on a durable carbon steel frame for stability and support.
