This unused Prime Solution 24" Rotary Fan Press (Model RFP24S) is a top-tier dewatering and sludge processing unit, featuring 304 stainless steel filter plates and support rotor for longevity and durability. The unit has epoxy-coated carbon steel housings, base, and moveable dewatering platform on adjustable V-track casters. It comes equipped with an in-line full port pneumatic mixer with a 4-port injection ring, PVC sludge retention manifold with site tube cleanout, and a pneumatic sludge by-pass control valve. Included are a rotary lobe sludge pump, magnetic sludge feed flow meter, air compressor with receiver, and a complete emulsion polymer feed and blend system with integrated controls. Operated by a 1.5 HP direct gear drive and a touchscreen control panel for precision and ease.
