Description
The Apeks Supercritical Model 1500-20L CO2 Extraction System is a high-efficiency, fully automated closed-loop supercritical CO2 extraction system, designed for botanical oil extraction with minimal solvent loss. Featuring a 20-liter extraction vessel capacity, it operates at a maximum pressure of 1,500 psi, making it suitable for extracting essential oils, cannabinoids, and other high-value compounds.
Equipped with a 12” LCD touch-screen interface, this system is fully automated, offering precise control over extraction parameters for consistent and high-quality output. With up to 95% CO2 recovery, it minimizes operational costs and environmental impact.
Additionally, this system includes a spare Haskel AGD-14 gas booster pump and an Ingersoll Rand SSR UP6-25-125 air compressor, ensuring reliable operation and reduced downtime.
