Description
The Alfa Laval Foodec-209 Solid Bowl Decanter Centrifuge is a high-performance industrial separation system, designed for continuous liquid-solid separation in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial processing applications. Constructed with 316 stainless steel (product contact areas), this centrifuge ensures corrosion resistance and compliance with sanitary processing standards.
With a maximum bowl speed of 4,400 rpm and a maximum G-force of 3,030, this decanter centrifuge efficiently separates solids from liquids, providing high-quality product recovery. It features a single-lead conveyor and 360-degree solids discharge ports with wear inserts, ensuring durability and consistent performance in high-throughput operations.
Equipped with an approx. 15 kW (20 HP) main drive motor, feed pipe, safety guards, and gearbox, this unit is mounted on four legs for stability. Additionally, the centrifuge includes a stainless steel control panel for easy operation and monitoring.
