The Used Bridge Machine Model 240 Patty Former is a high-speed, industrial patty forming machine, capable of producing approximately 21,600 patties per hour. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it is durable, easy to clean, and food-safe, making it ideal for meat, poultry, plant-based, and seafood patty production.
This unit features a top self-feeding hopper with paddles and agitators, ensuring consistent product flow. The bottom mold plate includes an approximate 4" x 4.5" oval patty die, delivering uniform patty shapes and sizes. The machine requires a discharge belt for operation and is powered by a 5 HP, 3/60/230/460V, 1730 RPM motor. For easy mobility and repositioning, the unit is mounted on casters.
