This 30 TPD Air Separation Unit (ASU) with NLU Plant, designed and supplied by Cosmodyne USA, is capable of producing high-purity cryogenic gases. The system includes non-cryogenic argon purification, using hydrogen for oxygen removal, delivering ultra-high purity liquid argon (LAr), liquid oxygen (LOX), and liquid nitrogen (LIN).
With a total power requirement of 1,361 kW, this plant was operational from 1996 to 2023, and is now available due to the commissioning of a newer ASU system. The ASU has undergone regular maintenance, and major equipment including compressors, turbines, and cold box are in good condition. The plant has an upgraded Siemens PCS7 control system for modernized process control.
Additionally, refurbished rotor assemblies and a spare motor are included, providing additional flexibility and maintenance readiness for future operation.
