PILLAR MACHINE

The MMTJ is a 3-axis CNC miter machine producing 200-275 mitered mortise-and-tenon doors per 8-hour shift with one operator. Servo-driven rack-and-pinion and ball screw axes handle the cuts; a 2024 slim shaker upgrade processes parts as narrow as 1/2″. Winner of the 2004 IWF Challengers Award.
