Northtech NT CNC Bandsaw 2500

The Northtech NT CNC Bandsaw 2500 features a band blade swiveling angle +/- 90 degrees and advanced 4-axis CNC control with powerful functions for easy operation and high-efficiency curve cutting without the need for a copy template. All travel is driven by servo motors combined with the use of linear guideways. The fully-automatic infeed/outfeed mechanism features lightweight aluminum alloy for maximum durability and elegance. Ethernet connectivity is built-in for simple network hookup and control.

The automatic feeding mechanism is equipped with 4 grippers that grip the panels and feed them to the cutting position.
An air cylinder operates the grippers for an extremely secure gripping effect.
The maximum gripping thickness is 150 mm.
The outfeed plate, actuated by an air cylinder, automatically tilts downward to outfeed the finished products after cutting.  
The band blade can swivel to various angular positions through the computer control. Swiveling angles include +-90 Degrees.
This, combined with the X- and Y-axis travels on the automatic feeding mechanism, allows for cutting any complicated curve.
