Northtech NT 24-15HCVSXL 15 HP Single Surface Planer (w/ Helical Cutter Head)

This Northtech NT 24-15HCVSXL series single-surface planer accepts material up to 7-3/4″ (H) by 24″ (W). A 15 HP motor drives the 3-3/4″ (diameter) helical cutter head with six (6) rows of 4-way carbide inserts. The cutter head is dynamically balanced to ensure a quieter operation and smoother cuts. An efficient 1 HP motor provides steady feed rates from 0 to 75 FPM, precisely controlled through a variable frequency drive. Digital displays for both the feed-rate and cutter height allow quick set-up and accurate adjustment.
