PILLAR MACHINE

The HPJ is a high-speed horizontal CNC boring and dowel insertion machine with four work zones and pop-up side fences for unlimited width capacity. Each bore-glue-dowel cycle runs in under one second. The 2020 redesign added a wider frame, rear enclosure, and swivel-mounted touchscreen; optional 3 HP or 7 HP spindles are available.

Rapid CNC Accuracy: CNC positions the spindle to bore holes and the inserter to inject glue or water (for pre-glued dowels), inserting 8 mm dowels in under 1 second per cycle at 64 mm intervals.
Four Work Zones: Equipped with four zones and manual pop-up side fences, enabling pendulum processing and unlimited width capability for oversized parts.
Ergonomic Design: Features a swivel-mounted 15″ touchscreen for intuitive programming, adjustable to your preferred position.
Modern Upgrades: 2020 enhancements include a wider frame, rear guarding, and sleek graphics, improving durability and aesthetics.
