The Northtech NT EM250 fully automatic PLC touchscreen-controlled linear end-matcher features dual 5 HP motors powering the carbide-insert tongue and groove cutter heads, and comes with a 134″ powered infeed table and 88″ outfeed with dual-action pneumatic clamping and powered urethane rollers. The variable-speed feed system is fully adjustable between 80 and 400 feet per minute to keep up with large workloads. The machine is able to easily process material up to 10″ (W) by 1-3/8″ (H) with a minimum length of 11″.
