This is Northtech’s NT N6230 six-spindle four-side moulder, featuring two (2) 15 HP top spindles, two (2) 15 HP bottom spindles, and 10 HP vertical spindles on both left and right sides. One (1) complete set of 5″-diameter four-wing cutter heads is included to get you set up and producing quicker. The 7.5 HP feed system with twelve (12) powered rollers [nine top + three bottoms] delivers inverter-controlled feed-rates up to 120 FPM allowing you to strike an optimal balance between operator- and machine-cycle time to minimize wasteful wait time amid operations. A full enclosure, six (6) 5″-inch dust collection ports, optional spindle brakes, motorized elevation control, and unique noise-dampening fingers further protect worker health and safety.
