The Agilent 1260 Infinity II Series G4782A SFC Binary Pump comes refurbished and provides high-pressure gradient formation and precise mobile phase delivery at up to 5 mL/min and 600 bar for fast, high-throughput SFC and SFC/MS applications.
The SFC Binary Pump is suitable for use with a broad range of chiral and achiral columns as well as a variety of different detectors, including UV, MS or evaporative light scattering (ELS). This enables the delivery of CO2 through channel A while adding an organic modifier through channel B for either isocratic or gradient elution. Channel B is also fitted with a purge valve to facilitate rapid change of organic modifiers.
