Unused CT-400 screw press / dewatering machine designed for continuous solid-liquid separation using progressive mechanical compression. Unit features an approximately 50 cm diameter x 200 cm long (19.7" diameter x 78.7" long) screw with approximately 2 cm (0.79") thick screw blades. Material is introduced through the feed hopper where the rotating spiral auger compresses the product against a 0.75 mm sieve screen, allowing liquid to drain while conveying solids toward the discharge outlet. Screen hole size can be customized based on application requirements. The unit is driven by a 30 kW motor operating on 480V power and is designed for processing capacities of approximately 3,962 gallons per hour, depending on material characteristics. Constructed from steel and mounted on a structural base. Suitable for processing sludge, food waste streams, agricultural byproducts, manure, and other high-moisture materials requiring mechanical dewatering.
