USED DC NORRIS DA COOLER

DC Norris glycol jacketed static DA cooling vessel with 600-Liter (158 gallon) capacity based on internal dimensions of 36" diameter x 63" straight side, constructed with 316 stainless steel wetted parts and 304 stainless steel exterior, featuring a cylindrical body with insulated conical bottom with discharge and overall diameter of approximately 40" including jacket. Equipped with a bottom-mounted 5.5 kW scrape surface agitator fitted with approximately 9.5" x 3.5" replaceable plastic scraper blades, includes hinged pressure lid with top center inlets of 5", 3.5", and 1.5", and 4" bottom discharge, jacket rated 45 PSI with vessel working pressure 15 PSI, mounted on 20" legs with adjustable feet. Barely used. Suitable for controlled cooling of sauces, soups, and similar processed food products requiring rapid heat transfer and gentle agitation.
