The NanoPro 1000 is a fully automated capillary-based immunoassay system designed for high-resolution protein charge separation and comprehensive protein characterization. It conducts separation by isoelectric focusing, immobilizes the proteins in a capillary, and performs immunodetection with minimal sample input—making it ideal for signaling analysis, post-translational modifications, and quantifying isoforms in limited samples.
