The Thermo Scientific NanoDrop 2000 is a microvolume UV-Vis spectrophotometer designed for quick and accurate quantification of nucleic acids, proteins, and other biomolecules. Utilizing patented sample retention technology, it allows for measurements with sample volumes as low as 0.5 µL without the need for cuvettes or capillaries.
