GIDDINGS & LEWIS Vertical Boring Mill Model VTC-1600, 63" Table
Founded in 1859 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Giddings & Lewis (now Fives Giddings & Lewis, LLC) is a historic U.S. machine tool builder renowned for high-rigidity boring mills and vertical turning centers (VTLs). The VTC 1600 (part of the V-Series) was developed to fill a market gap for large-capacity vertical turning, featuring a 50-hp table, hydrostatic ram, and adjustable crossrail for heavy-duty precision cutting.
