Gripnail PowerPinner 7200

The PowerPinner 7200 Welder is a solid state resistance welder designed specifically for welding a PowerPoint resistance weld pin to galvanized sheet metal duct work. The compact size and hand truck feature allows for easy portability around the shop. A light weight pistol grip trigger, ergonomic handle and easy portability around the shop. The rugged construction and powerful transformer, used in all Gripnail’s PowerPinner welding machines, stands up to the demands of constant heavy use.

Assures high quality welds each and every time.
Weld Rate

15-20 pins per minute continuously (based on pin diameter). Faster rates are possible for short durations.
Cables

Gun, 15 ft 4/0 weld cable and 16/3 control cable. Ground, 5ft 4/0 weld cable terminating in a spring loaded clamp.
Capability

Welding 1/2″ – 4″ weld pins to 26 – 16 gauge sheet metal.
