NEW OMEC F11TS AUTOMATIC MILLING MACHINE

Automatic two-axis milling machine with numerical control, OMEC F11ts, is designed to achieve the dovetail joints, joints French and parallel indents for drawers and several furniture. The machine is extremely flexible and allows you to produce ten different types of interlocking. F11ts model is equipped with a spindle and a mill cutter that allow the production of indents of different heights. The machine is designed to cut single male or female individual pieces, and male-female pieces simultaneously. The locking of the pieces takes place manually by means of pneumatic valves, the same is true for the release of the pieces. The controls are made with a control panel and a control panel with a numeric control. 
F11ts model is controlled by a control system which is programmed for maximum machining flexibility and allows you to change the machining limits within the following variables: 
- the type of indents 
- pitch of indents 
- number of indents 
- the depth of indents 
- dimensions of the pieces 
- cutting speed and tool feeding 
- compensation of the tool radius variation 
All adjustments are easily carried out following the instructions of the software of the machine displayed on the monitor.
