NEW OMEC 650-A AUTOMATIC DOVETAIL MACHINE

Automatic two-axis milling machine with numerical control, OMEC 650-A, is designed to achieve the dovetails and parallel indents for drawers and several furniture. The model 650-A is equipped with a spindle and a mill cutter that allow the production of indents of different heights. The machine is designed to cut single male or female individual pieces, and male-female pieces simultaneously. The locking of the pieces takes place manually by means of pneumatic valves, the same is true for the release of the pieces. The controls are made with a control panel and a control panel with a numeric control. 
The 650-A model is controlled by a numerical control programmed to produce two types of fixed pitch joints (mm.25 and mm.50). 
All adjustments are easily carried out following the instructions of the software of the machine displayed on the monitor.
