The BEMATO BMT-1500VS Vertical Milling Machine is a compact and reliable knee-type milling solution designed for precision machining, toolroom applications, and general manufacturing environments. Built with a rigid Meehanite cast iron construction, the BMT-1500VS offers excellent structural stability and vibration damping for consistent machining accuracy. The machine features hardened and precision-ground slideways, while the X and Y axes are coated with Turcite-B, ensuring smooth movement, reduced wear, and improved positioning precision during milling operations.
