NEW OMEC SBM1200 CLAMPING

The winepress manual OMEC SBM1200 is designed to assemble and in particular of small size cassettes: the whole series of wine boxes, tool boxes, cigar cassette holder and cassette for gift items. The adjustment of the size of the drawer is made manually by the operator. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic control unit by means of three cylinders which allows to press the parts of the four sides of the cassettes inserted in the suitable clamps. The winepress, keeping the tape in place, under pressing, allows you to easily mount the bottom directly on the machine, using the normal nailing systems. The control is performed by an on-board control panel. The SBM1200 model is controlled by a programmable controller (PLC) which is entrusted with the operation of the processing cycle.
