USED SOLBERN LFF-103

Solbern Model LFF-103 stainless steel straight line liquid filling system designed for high-speed beverage packaging applications. Hot Fill Liquid Filler. Previously operated on a 500 ml tea bottling line with a production capacity of approximately 500 bottles per minute. The filler features constant flow hot-fill capability and includes 103 bottle pockets with approximately 52 traveling funnels. Unit is equipped with stainless steel construction throughout, infeed worm, lug chain conveyor, overflow catch pan, hinged lift-up cover, and tubular stainless steel support legs approximately 30” high. System is rated for production speeds up to approximately 1,400 containers per minute depending on product viscosity and container size. Serial number 25032.
