The MAXXTRON GR1000 Gantry Type Rotary Table 5-Axis Machining Center is a high-precision CNC machining solution engineered for complex multi-surface machining and high-accuracy 5-axis contouring applications. Designed with a rigid gantry structure and a large Ø1000 mm direct-drive rotary table, the GR1000 provides exceptional stability, dynamic positioning accuracy, and powerful simultaneous 5-axis performance for demanding manufacturing environments. The machine offers generous travel capacities of approximately 1,200 mm on the X-axis, 1,300 mm on the Y-axis, and 800 mm on the Z-axis, allowing it to efficiently process medium to large workpieces while maintaining high structural rigidity and precision. The integrated 5-axis DD (direct-drive) motor rotary table enables rapid motion with speeds up to 100 rpm, delivering zero backlash, high torque, and maintenance-free operation, which significantly improves machining efficiency and accuracy for complex geometries.

To ensure exceptional machining accuracy and long-term reliability, the GR1000 is equipped with high-precision linear encoders on all three linear axes, reducing positioning errors and enhancing repeatability during multi-axis operations.
