ICA 600 | Omec | Drawer Box Gluers

The automatic Omec ICA600 gluing machine was designed to spread vinyl glue on sides of wine crates and furniture drawers. This machine features two adjustable nozzles that can spread vinyl glue in sections or in a continuous mode. The work cycle is fully automatic. Every time the operator takes a work-piece from  the machine, the gluing cycle of the next work-piece is started automatically. The manual adjustments that remain to be done are the magazine depth and the position/height of nozzles. The special type of nozzles used requires no cleaning at the end of the work cycle. Controls are located on a built-in control panel.
