This Used Conair CW1836 Thin Gauge Sheet Granulator is a high-performance size reduction system designed specifically for reclaiming thin gauge sheet, edge trim, and skeletal scrap from thermoforming and sheet extrusion operations.
Powered by a robust 75 HP motor, this unit features an 18” x 36” throat opening, allowing efficient in-line or beside-the-press processing of continuous sheet trim. The cutting chamber is equipped with (3) rotor knives and (2) bed knives, engineered for clean, consistent regrind production.
The system includes servo-driven pull rolls for automatic sheet feeding, ensuring consistent throughput and reduced operator intervention. A hydraulic lift mechanism simplifies screen changes, minimizing downtime and improving maintenance efficiency.
