Description
Used Accutek pinch valve filling line consisting of a complete semi-automatic liquid packaging system including rotary turntables, pinch valve filler, cap tightener, and conveyor. The system features an Accutek model 00-550-000 pinch valve filler capable of speeds up to 100 containers per minute depending on application. The line also includes a semi-automatic cap tightener with speeds up to 120 cpm and accommodates a wide range of cap sizes. A 48" stainless steel rotary turntable feeds containers into a 4-1/2" wide pin indexing conveyor, with a second rotary accumulation table at discharge for efficient product handling.
