Hobart SDPS Electric Salad Dryer
This machine is a commercial electric salad dryer (or salad spinner). Specifically, the Hobart SDPS model is designed for high-volume foodservice operations to quickly remove excess moisture from leafy greens and other vegetables.

Capacity: 20 gallons (approximately 80 liters), which fits roughly 16 heads of lettuce at once.
Performance: Operates at 406 RPM to dry greens without bruising them.
Motor: 1/4 HP gear motor with a permanently lubricated drive and thermal overload protection.
Electrical: 115 Volts, 60 Hz, single-phase power, with a 2.5 Amp draw.
Timer: A top-mounted 5-minute timer allows for precise operation.
