Soy bean grinder and separator that produced soy milk and soy bean pulp (okara).
Infeed hopper: 11.75″ diameter x 8.5 deep, straight side 3″, bottom outlet: 1.75: diameter
Filter cone: 10.25″ diameter x 6″ deep, with flange: 11″ diameter
Grinding stones, made of white corundum: 5″ diameter. Top stone has 1.75″ diameter center infeed.
Tub: 10.25″ diameter x 7″ deep
Pulp outfeed chute: 9″L x 8.25″W x 3.75″H
Spout: 2.25″W x 1.25″H, empties soy milk into holding tank: 18″Lx 12″W x 18″D
A Zhongfu 120 watt pump transfers the soy milk to the semi-insulated tank: 20″ diameter x 23″ deep.
Grinder powered by a 1.5 kW asynchronous motor.
Needs 100 mesh filter for soy milk.
