IPAK TF-300S Automatic Tray Former
The IPak 300 Series of fully-automatic tray formers provides tray forming solutions for many protein and bag-in-the-box applications, including beef, pork, and poultry packing, as well as syrups for fountain drinks. For applications where superior containment and stacking are required, the TF-300 can form a wide range of breaker-style, column case, or other L-corner post style trays through the use of our proprietary servo blank advance, minor flap pre-breaking, and pneumatic-actuated mandrels and compression configurations. Servo-controlled blank advance and forming ensures lower maintenance costs, higher production speeds, and years of continuous operation all while producing perfectly formed trays.
