The PAI high level case palletizer was built in 1995. It was taken to the manufacturer and refurbished (6251R) in 2005.
It has a PLC 5/11 and that can be upgraded to a 5/20 if needed (this just adds more memory).
Machine can run up to 40 cases per minute, and can run both 3'x3' & 40"x48" pallets
The following stack patterns can be loaded in the machine:
- 12oz glass bottles on 36"x 36" pallets = 8 cases per layer / 6 layers high
- 12oz glass bottles on 40" x 48" pallets = 10 cases per layer / 6 layers high
- 20oz bottles on 36" x 36" pallets = 6 cases per layer / 7 layers high
- 20oz bottles on 40" x 48" pallets = 10 cases per layer/ 6 layers high
- 1L bottles in 15-count cardboard boxes on 40" x 48" pallets = 9 cases per layer / 5 layers high
- 2L bottles on 36" x 36" pallets = 8 cases per layer/ 5 layers high
